Terms of Service

Effective date: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Bowie Barker Connect, an internal application operated for Bowie Barker and Post Investment Group users. By using the service, you agree to use it only as authorized and only for legitimate business purposes.

Service purpose

Bowie Barker Connect supports operational, finance, and integration workflows, including authorized connections to QuickBooks Online and other business systems. The service is not a public consumer product and is intended for approved personnel, advisors, vendors, and service providers acting on behalf of Bowie Barker or Post Investment Group.

Authorized access

You may access the service only with credentials or permissions issued or approved by Bowie Barker or Post Investment Group. You are responsible for protecting your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential misuse, or data exposure.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, copy data outside approved business processes, reverse engineer integrations, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.

Connected services

When you connect QuickBooks Online or another third-party service, you represent that you are authorized to grant that access. Use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, account settings, and availability.

Business data

Data shown in the service may include financial, operational, payroll-adjacent, customer, vendor, and location information. Users must treat all such information as confidential business information and may use it only for approved Bowie Barker or Post Investment Group work.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued as business, security, compliance, or operational needs require. Features and reports may change as source systems, accounting policies, and internal processes change.

No professional advice

The service may present accounting, finance, or operating information, but it does not replace professional judgment, accounting review, tax advice, legal advice, or source-system reconciliation. Users are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for filings, decisions, or external reporting.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. Bowie Barker and Post Investment Group disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
