Bowie Barker Connect
End-User License Agreement
Effective date: September 2, 2026
This End-User License Agreement describes the limited rights granted to authorized users of Bowie Barker Connect. The application is licensed for approved business use, not sold or transferred to end users.
License grant
Subject to this agreement and your continued authorization, Bowie Barker and Post Investment Group grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Bowie Barker Connect for approved internal business purposes.
License restrictions
You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, publicly expose, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly authorized in writing. You may not use the service to build or train a competing product or unauthorized data store.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, workflows, design, configuration, documentation, and non-user-specific improvements, remain with Bowie Barker, Post Investment Group, or their licensors. No rights are granted except those stated in this agreement.
Open-source and third-party components
The service may include open-source or third-party software components. Those components are governed by their applicable licenses. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you may have under those licenses.
QuickBooks Online integration
If your authorized use includes QuickBooks Online, the service may request, receive, process, store, and display data made available by Intuit APIs for connected company files. Your license does not grant rights to Intuit software or services, which remain governed by Intuit's terms.
Confidentiality
You must protect application data and credentials as confidential information. You may not export, share, or disclose data from the service except through approved business processes and only to people authorized to receive it.
Termination
This license ends automatically when your account, employment, engagement, or authorization ends, or when access is revoked. Upon termination, you must stop using the service and delete any unauthorized copies of exported data in your possession or control.

The service is provided as is and as available. Bowie Barker and Post Investment Group make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every accounting, tax, legal, or operational purpose.
